um Im excited to talk to you today because um Im engaged in a study that Im going to tell you about that um that is just emerging and so the data are just coming out but theres a long history to the study and so Im going to give you some background to it some initial data but theres a lot more to come so next slide or first slide okay so um Ive Ive coined the term knockout its not um its my idea its my term but its not a its not um trademarked or anything like that so next slide I work with a lot of people uh bottom line thats thats what I do I work with industry so next slide okay so the origin of this study comes from the phase one study of risen kizimab done by bi years ago and risen kissimmab was given at high doses in the phase one study high-dose Sub-Q or high-dose IV and um and to me its interesting that some phase one studies we do high dose and then we sh we we choose a lower dose for phase two and going forward and we never go back to what happens in a phase
