hey guys today were going to build a slide that looks something like this now this is called a three panel slide and its a way that we can show you three pieces of information on one slide that together tell a very compelling story so as always well start with a blank canvas so we have our underlying data in excel and you can see it here so the data is structured quite nicely you see the year and we have a forecast of industry revenue and our forecast of industry costs when you eyeball this data you can see that costs theyre higher than revenue and also costs are increasing faster than revenues increasing so the difference between revenue and cost is minus 5 billion in 2007 and its minus 24 billion in 2020. so we at least have one data point here which is industry costs are growing faster than industry revenue this is also known as negative jaws but we need to tell a more compelling story than this so im thinking about you know what are the other things that we can say about this
