Special characters like em dashes or section marks () Click or tap where you want to insert the special character. Go to Insert Symbol More Symbols. Go to Special Characters. Double-click the character that you want to insert. Select Close.
Using in Windows Documents On Microsoft Word documents, enter the hexadecimal code as in the above table, then press alt and x keys together. That will convert the code into a superscript or subscript. For example, 00B2 Alt + X will make superscript two like .
For superscript, press Control-Shift-Command-Plus Sign (+). For subscript, press Control-Command-Minus Sign (-).
To create slides from a Word document: Open a blank PowerPoint document. Go to the Home tab. Click New Slide Slides from Outline navigate to where the Word document is saved Insert.
You can follow these steps: Press Ctrl+F9. This inserts a pair of field braces within your document. Type eq \a(1,2) (without the quote marks). You should replace the 1 and 2 with the digits you want superscripted and subscripted, respectively. Press F9 to collapse the field and change to the fields results.
Use keyboard shortcuts to apply superscript or subscript Select the text or number that you want. For superscript, press Ctrl, Shift, and the Plus sign (+) at the same time. For subscript, press Ctrl and the Equal sign (=) at the same time. (Do not press Shift.)
In Word, open the document you want to share. Click File Share Present Online. Under Present Online, choose Office Presentation Service.
