[Music] hi guys thanks for joining me my last cocktail video i did a classic daiquiri so a simple three ingredient drink im gonna do the same this time by making a classic sidecar so with the sidecar we have cognac cointreau and fresh lemon juice so im going to start with the cognac and im going to do a nice healthy measure 50 mils just over three quarters of an ounce and add that to my cocktail shaker and then next up the cointreau so we need 20 mils of cointreau and then the fresh lemon juice and im going to do a full 30 mil shot so the cointre in this one balance out the balances the sourness of the lemon juice im going to fill that cocktail shaker with ice and give it a good shake and with my hawthorne strainer im going to strain it into my pre-chilled glass and then you have a side car cheers
