hey everyone I am going to show you how to create a simple simple poster using Google slides so the first thing you need to do is open a new blank slide deck and then were going to change the orientation so were gonna come over here to file and click page setup and choose custom and Im going to change it to 8.5 by 11 thats just a standard sized poster alright and then Im going to select these text boxes here and just press delete because I dont need them right now I want to insert a very simple border no clipart needed and Im going to do that using two rectangles so Im going to come over here insert a shape and Im gonna make it almost the size of the paper there and you see when I let it go it turns gray now I dont want it gray I want it clear so Im gonna come in here and choose transparent for fill and then I want the border to be black or you I mean you can really make it whatever color you want Im just going with black and then Im gonna make it a little bit thicker oka
