you can send google files as attachments in emails without leaving the file this is particularly helpful if someone requires a specific file format or if you just need to send a pdf version of a file in docs sheets and slides go to file email email as an attachment the first tick box is to include yourself so you receive a copy of the email type out the email address of the person you need to email the subject will contain the name of the file by default but you can edit this then type out your email message in google docs you have the option to include the contents of the document in the email rather than attaching it but im going to leave this unticked for now and then you have your file types in google docs you have a variety of options which do include microsoft word but pdf is the default in google sheets again you have pdf but you also have excel and in google slides pdf is again there but you also have powerpoint back to my google doc and i will leave it with pdf and then clic

Press Ctrl+M to insert a new slide after the currently selected slide.
You can delete one or more slides at once: Single slide - Right-click and select Delete Slide. Multiple slides - Hold Ctrl and select the slides you want then right-click and select Delete Slide. Sequence of slides - Hold Shift and select a sequence of slides then right-click and select Delete Slide.
Add a new slide In the slide thumbnail pane on the left, click the slide that you want your new slide to follow. On the Home tab, click New Slide. In the New Slide dialog box, select the layout that you want for your new slide. Learn more about slide layouts. Select Add Slide.
On the Selection Pane, each object on the slide appears as a separate item in the order they are layered on the slide. Click and hold the correct layer for the picture you want to delete, and drag it to the top of the list. On the slide, click the picture to select it, and on your keyboard, press Delete.
Select the slide or slides you want to copy, and then on the Home tab, click Copy. To select multiple sequential slides, click the first slide, press Shift, and then click the last slide that you want. To select multiple non-sequential slides, press Ctrl, and then click each slide that you want.
PPT and PPTX file formats are Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation formats that are supported in the Document/Medical products. PPTX/PPT files store collections of records and structures that specify slides, shapes, pictures, audio, video, text, and other presentation content.
In PowerPoint, select the slide that you want to add the file to, and then select Insert Object. In the Insert Object box, select Create from file, and then enter the PDF file location; or, click Browse, find the PDF file, and then select OK.
From the desktop, right-click your PowerPoint file, then select Show from the drop-down menu. Your file will open in Slide Show mode, where you can present it. To delete a slide, simply highlight the slide you want to delete by clicking it in the left slide list and pressing either delete or backspace on your keyboard. You can also right-click on the slide you want to remove and choose the Delete Slide option.
