Biomedical research often requires experts to manually assess large numbers of samples. In these three minutes we will show you how easy and efficient this workflow is in Slide Score. Lets start with a study with 144 whole slide images straight from the scanner. We will add a simple scoring sheet to first check whether the slide should be included in our project. Slide Score automatically checks if they are in focus but perhaps they need to have a particular morphology. We will add a single question whether to include or exclude the slide with include and exclude options so that an expert pathologist can indicate which slides to exclude from the study. On the users tab we will add the pathologist who will perform the scoring and send them a polite email with a link that always takes them to the first unscored slide.
