so one of my favorite exercises is called a wall slide this is a combination exercise that involves a lot of different muscles working at the same time it essentially what the exercise is is the patient stance with their back against a wall or a door doors tend to be a little bit slippery R and then paint on a wall so he shouldnt slide a little better so the span again with their back against the door or a wall with their feet away from the wall in front of them and shoulder width apart so not too close not too far to shore with the part they then should sur stomach nice and tight and posture upright slide down the wall to a comfortable distance the goal is to get the knees and hips at 90 degrees some people can go that far down some cant this is why I like this exercise its because its easy to modify based on your skill level so you go down as low as you comfortably can hold for a second or two and then press through your legs to come back up Im going to make sure that your entir
