[Music] yes we have a batch already set up for this thats probably the fastest way is take a look at the batch so if we want to go into our batch Jews then we click on additional attachments which is either up here or right on the number itself and we can say we want to add a new attachment and it can be anything it can be a drawing it can be a PDF it can be a Word document any document that you want as long as the system can get at it and you can go in and take a document doesnt really matter lets use this just pick something and so now everybody is going to get this additional attachment now we thought that was pretty good but then we found that some people wanted the ability to attach documents to individual lines but these guys right here we want to attach something specific to this line so then we can have this one gets one line everybody gets whats up here this is a global setting this is specific to the individual line and you can attach anything you want [Music]
