There are various ways to form a cooperative one would be member initiated another is incubated by an outside organization and the third is conversion to cooperative ownership. Were going to spend quite a bit of time today on the steps of a member initiated cooperative as a touchstone, a touchstone to the steps to actually forming a cooperative and then we will elaborate on the various variations of forming a co-op.
