As you continue working in Excel, you can add more columns (with headings) and rows of data to begin to make the information look clean and professional. When you add data to cells, it can overrun the borders at times. You then use the Format feature in the Cells group to make the information fit inside the columns or rows of your worksheet. Frist, drag through the columns that are not large enough to show all the information, and then click Format, and AutoFit Column Width.
