How do I sign a PDF with a timestamp?

Time stamp signatures of a PDF document Select Security Sign and docHub Time Stamp. The Time Stamp Server dialog box lists all services you have selected. Click Add to place a new service. Select one to be used for the current document.

How do I add a Time Stamp to my docHubature?

Navigate to Account Account Settings Security Settings Timestamp Check the box to Apply a timestamp to certification seals of agreements containing only e-signatures. Click Save.

Does docHub have Time Stamp?

Customers that use Digital Signatures have the option to configure their own Time Stamp service in lieu of the default service provided.

How do I add a Time Stamp to a PDF signature?

Within the Field Name properties box, enter Date Signed and check the box next to: Required field. In the bottom, right corner, click on the blue hyperlink All Properties. Page 3 3 In the Text Field Properties dialog box, click on the General Tab and in the Tooltip Field, add Click to Date Stamp.

Can I use stamp as signature?

Yes, signature stamps are legally binding as long as the stamp represents the users intention and is validated by you or an authorized party you select. Therefore, if the signature stamp meets these requirements, it is a considered legal signature.

How do you sign a document with a stamp?

Click the Stamp button in the main view or right-click in the signature zone and select Stamp. In the Stamp wizard, make the following selections: Select the Signature Appearance that you want to see on the document. It will appear in the Appearance Preview section of the wizard. Click Finish.
