Otherwise like me, I just had to register with some information like my NI number and answer a few security questions and the following day I had access to the system I could send in all my evidence to get the grant completed and also I could see the last 30 years of tax I had been paid which was great as a reference. Once we received the grant, it made a huge difference to our family.
