hey guys dana here with asl love and today im going to show you how to sign the words travel and vacation to sign travel take a bent v hand shape i like to have my palm orientation facing downward a little bit the movement is an arc forward out and around travel sometimes youll see the palm orientation facing outward but again i angle mine kind of at a slant travel you may also see travel signed with a little bit of a zigzag motion i use this to mean traveling around just kind of go in different places youll always use the bent v handshape traveling around to sign vacation or holiday take two five handshapes and move your thumbs into your chest double movement vacation i sometimes use a single movement to just symbolize an extended period of time off just relaxing straight chill and now you know how to sign the words travel and vacation and i hope that helps
