Yes, you can sign files that include attachments. Participants are recommended to review the included documents, ensuring they are totally informed before completing their signatures.
Indeed, there are constraints on file types for attachments. Only formats explicitly allowed in the attachment field can be included. If a participant includes a file in an invalid format, they will receive an automatic error message, ensuring a uninterrupted user experience.
Typically, each attachment field permits for one document attachment per signer. If you require multiple files from various participants, including individual attachment fields is suggested to ensure clarity and organization.
While regular signing functionalities are generally offered to all users, premium attachment features may require a premium membership. This ensures that users on advanced plans can entirely utilize both signing and attachment capabilities.
If you uploaded the mistaken file, you can delete it through the document menu before signing. Just navigate over the field to see the delete option, permitting for easy adjustment within your workflow.
Insert Your Signature in a PDF Open the PDF in Reader and scroll to where you want to insert a signature block. Select TOOLS (youll find it in the upper left corner) to open the Tools Menu. From the Tools Menu, select CERTIFICATES. Select DIGITALLY SIGN.

Once a digital signature is added to a document, the Attach a File button is disabled. To attach a file to a PDF document that contains a digital signature, use the drag and drop method: From the PDF Converter Professional toolbar select View Navigation Panels Attachments to display the Attachment Panel.
Please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer once and relogin and seeif that helps. You may also try to request signatures via document cloud and see if that works.
How to Digitally Sign a PDF in docHub Using a Document Signing Certificate Open your file in docHub. Select Tools in the top navigation bar. Under Certificates, press Open. Hit Digitally Sign to select where to place your signature. Choose the digital signature to sign with. Save your file as a new PDF.
