Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar. In Jotform Tables, click the Download All button. Click the Download Attachments option.
Go to My Forms and select the form. Click More then choose Share as Template from the menu. Edit the details or unshare your template in the next widow.

Saving the Form to Google Drive Instead we can save our template in a Google Drive folder, here called templates and change the access rights to the form reference in our drive.
Try making a copy of the Google Form by right clicking the form in drive and selecting Make a copy from the listing. Attach the Form copy as the quiz in Google Classroom.
The Jotform Form Builder allows you to create a file upload form. The files are sent through email as a link or attachment when configured. You can also download the files at once or download a specific set of files when needed.
Click the Data tab on the left side. Click the Download My Data button under the Export Data row.
Select the entries in Jotform Inbox. Click Download. Choose Download as PDF from the menu.
