You can easily share a form or quiz as a template so that colleagues and teachers can duplicate, customize, and use it as their own.
Open your file and tap Share. Tap Share as link. Select whether to allow your users to edit the file or just view it. Select your email service, and then enter the email addresses of the people who will share your file.
Once the form has opened click on the three dots in the top right and then collaborate or duplicate. This will open a column with two options. Click on share as a template and it will provide a link you can share to duplicate the form.
Collaborate in OneDrive Select the files or folder youd like to share. Select Share . Select Anyone with this link can edit this item and set the permissions: Select Allow editing if you want others to be able to edit the file. Uncheck Allow editing if you only want others to be able to view the file.
Scroll down to the bottom of your page and select All My Forms. More options in the upper right corner of its tile, and then choose Copy. Tip: If you dont see form tiles, you might be in List view instead of Tiles view. To copy a form within List view, hover to the right of the form, select More options Copy.
Share your template Select the template you want to share. Click the icon. Click the Share icon to send an email with the link to others in your organization, or copy the link to share.
In Microsoft Forms, open the form or quiz you want to share to collaborate. Collaborate or Duplicate . , select the Share button and proceed to the next step.
On the Microsoft Forms pane, the External sharing setting has four options, all of which are checked by default. Uncheck the options you dont want. If you want to provide users in your organization with the ability to create a poll in Outlook, the Send a link to the form and collect responses option must be checked.
