If the roommate leaving gives proper notice in writing to move out, the tenancy will end for the other co-tenants as well even if they did not sign the notice. The remaining roommates will have to either move out or sign a brand-new tenancy agreement in order to stay.
How to Remove Your Name From a Joint Lease Talk to your roommates. Find someone to take your place. Talk to your landlord. Get legal advice. Confirm the lease changes.

I will move out my belongings and return my keys to [address of property management office] by [date you plan to terminate].
The traditional share arrangement for a grain crop like corn or wheat is one-third to the landowner and two-thirds to the tenant. Usually, the expenses paid, and crop received, are equal to the share i.e. the landowner would pay one-third of the expenses and receive one-third of the crop.
