To upload existing files into your library, go to the Files tab in your Team. If you are in a Class Team, you will need to decide if the document should be read-only or editable by students. If you want students to edit the document, simply select the Upload button. If the document is read-only, select the Class Materials folder. In this example, I am sharing class notes with my students via a PowerPoint so I will select the Class Materials folder. Once I am in the Class Materials folder, I select the Upload button. When the File Explorer dialog box opens, select the file (or files) you want to upload and select Open. To create a new Word, PowerPoint, or Excel document, select the New button and then select the kind of file you want to create. Here, I am creating a Word document that the entire class can edit. Name the file and select Create. The new file will open in Teams and you can begin creating it immediately. If you prefer to work in the desktop version of the app, select the O

Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.
3 steps to share a PDF on a PC Open your PDF in Acrobat. Find the sharing options in the toolbar (top-right corner). Choose how you want to share (link, email, or invitation). Depending on your step 3 selection, either copy and paste the link or enter the names and emails of anyone you want to share the PDF with.
Alternatively, upload a PDF from your computer, and then click Share a copy. A copy of the shared file is created and saved on Teams. The PDF is added as an adaptive card in the chat box. You can add a message, or @mention other users, and click the send icon.
To create a shared document online, first create the document in a tool that supports collaboration. Then, navigate to the sharing settings for the document and select the option to allow anyone with the link to edit. This option can typically be found in the Sharing or Access settings for the document.
Create a link using the Link tool Choose Edit Link Add or edit a link. Drag a rectangle where you want to create a link. In the Create Link dialog, choose the options you want for the link appearance. Select one of the following link actions:
