When storing documents in OneDrive, you can easily share them with others in various ways. You can choose to grant editing rights to specific individuals, share with everyone in your organization, or allow external access for viewing or editing. To share a document, simply hover over its name, click on the three dots, and select "share." By default, only people in your domain can edit the document, but you can customize the sharing settings as needed. Access OneDrive online through office.com, log in, and click on the app launcher to get started.
