okay well now that weamp;#39;re comfortably into double figures including hexadecimal I shall get going so Iamp;#39;m going to talk this afternoon about how to write custom pixel shader based effect in WPF and before I get going I thought I should just start with an illustration of the kinds of things that you can do with this because itamp;#39;s quite a visual technology obviously being WPF and being pixel based itamp;#39;s all about how it looks so Iamp;#39;m just running here a very quick demo it was actually written by Microsoft illustrates some of the sorts of things that can be done with pickle shaders in WPF so this is just doing a bunch of transitions from one bitmap to another in a sort of slideshow and some of them are not that exciting you could do them fairly easily but after itamp;#39;s been running for a while we start to get some slightly more interesting visuals going on so theyamp;#39;re sort of slightly funky patterns going on and if I leave it running for a fe
