well today weamp;#39;re looking at the shadier side of gardening shade gardening is my favorite form of gardening especially mid-summer because itamp;#39;s much cooler you can work outside midday and feel quite refreshed by all the cool shade plants generate remember when trees lose moisture shrubs lose moisture you get their evaporation and then cool air descends so not only blocking out the sunlight youamp;#39;re getting an air conditioning effect so mid-summer shade gardening got to be my favorite okay what kind of shade have you got well um if you go to work at uh eight oamp;#39;clock in the morning and your gardenamp;#39;s in shade the bit where youamp;#39;ll put a shea garden and when you come back at night five oamp;#39;clock gardenamp;#39;s still in shade but what happens midday maybe the sun comes streaming down and it uh you know four hours of midday sun is high intense sun and it may not be suitable for all shea plants so do an assessment of just how much shade you g
