The workflow involves two main programs: the initialization program for producing initial conditions, and the wolf model itself for time integration. Running the model for real atmosphere involves running three WPS programs first, then the preparation program, and finally the model itself. Alternatively, idealized initial conditions can be used to run the model through a different method.
