hi boys and girls just a quick tutorial here um for the second part of this assignment here you are supposed to be shading in boxes so im going to show you how to shade in boxes on uh your document of course all of your boxes will have answers typed in them this is just mine as an example so um to shade in your boxes youll click in the box you want to shade youll go up here near the top right corner where it says background color it looks like a little paint can click the drop down arrow next to it and choose the color so according to the direction some of the colors youre going to have to use are gray youre going to have to use blue [Music] youll use yellow and youll use whoops youll use purple so notice how i chose colors that make it really easy to read what i typed for example in this gray box if i had chosen a really dark gray like this its really difficult to read so try and choose shades of the color that make it easy to read your answers

Add Cell Shading Select the cells you want to add shading to. Click Format on the menu bar. Select Table. Select Table properties. Click the Cell background color button. Select a cell shading color. Click OK.
