I know I say this every video and then when I look at my slideshow at the end, Im like Wow, I actually changed a lot! This year, I--this six months--I dont know that much has changed. I do feel a little bit stronger, I will say that. I do feel stronger and I do feel like I fill out my shirts a little bit better. Uh, when I wear the shirts that I wore, like, two years ago, they are pretty tight on me now. And someone gave me some shirts about a year ago right before covid hit and they fit fine. And apparently I only brought home one out of the two bags of clothes that they gave me and so when I went back into the office again now like a year and a half later and I picked up the rest of the shirts--same size, same manufacturer and everything, same kind of shirt (just different patterns)--and I p
