hello everyone this is inma and on this new tutorial im going to give you some tricks to paint clothes we will go from very basic shading to some details that will make your illustration stand out lets begin [Music] we will start with her jacket first we are going to create a layer to apply the shadows we click on the clip to layer below icon and turn the blending mode to multiply im going to use mapping pen and a dark color to create overall big shadows i will work on the details later the darkest parts are her shoulder because her bent arm projects shadow over it the inner side of her jacket under her arm on the back of the jacket [Music] after im done shading big parts im going to add small details to the folds i used little triangles at the end of wrinkles that gives the overall look a more complex image its good to have this contrast of big shaded areas and small triangles that mark smaller shadows you dont need to shade all the way whenever there is a wrinkle on her cloth
