Change Height and Width of Crystal Reports in Visual Studio Open the Crystal Report in Design View and then right click and select Design then Page Setup option from the Context menu. Inside the Page Setup window, you will see options to set the Height and Width of Crystal Reports in Pixels, Inches and Centimeters.
Launch Crystal Reports, and select the report. Click File Printer Setup Properties. Click Custom, and then click the Custom button. Enter the custom height and width of the paper.
Solution. Open the report in Crystal and change the default printer settings. To do this, go to File Page Setup in the dialogue that opens, change the Size dropdown from Letter to A4.
The most likely cause of this error is that a single field or object on the report exceeds the height of the page size. Be sure the Keep Object Together option is NOT checked for objects that can grow. Right-click on any suspect field or subreport object and choose Format Field or Format Subreport
To open Page Layout option in Crystal Report, go to File Page Setup. This option allows you to choose page options like: Paper size, paper width, paper height, and margins (left, right, top and bottom).
In crystal Report design view Right click and Click on Page Setup. In that, Orientation select as Land Scape and increase the left and right size of the Margins. It will increase the page size.
