hello Im Eric Renault and this a video for tip squirrel comm the free website for everything Photoshop in this video well be shading this banner to give it a 3d look so lets jump into Photoshop and see how its done so here I am in Photoshop and as luck would have it a banner does ship with Photoshop we can get it from the custom shape tools so lets click on here and then down to the custom shapes and then up into our shapes here make you see Ive already got it selected its this one here banner too if you dont see it then you may need to come over to the COG and choose all or banners and Awards Im gonna click there and then on the arrow again and draw it out now I could hold shift to constrain the proportions here but for me its a bit chunky so Im going to you just use my own judgment here to make it the size I want there we go something like that and Im going to change the color to a nice gold color now theres several ways that we can do the shading here we can use a grad
