hi im clint childress with draper incorporated and were here at cd expo 2021 and im excited to talk about this outdoor shading product the flex shade zip the flex shake zip goes from three foot wide to 25 foot wide what makes this product unique is that we have a zip seamed to the edge of the fabric thats doing edge capture so were tensioning the product in four different directions a weighted hem bar at the bottom head box at the top and then that zip edge capture on each side so what it does is it helps the product work against windy conditions so in windy conditions where it might go up to lets say up to 45 miles per hour from our wind tunnel testing that weve had professionally done we can determine that this product will withstand those winds once you get higher than 45 you start having flying debris and this is not an impact resistant product this is more of a product to bring down to control the weather in a space so when its down youre able to sit outside and not worry
