There is no need to bold or differentiate the questions and answers in any other way unless specified. List each new question under the previous one in a new line using a numerical order. The questions often lead to subsequent ones that expand the topic, so keep the transition natural.
Therefore, we teach argumentative writing that attempts to answer a controversial or debatable question, which is known as a question at issue (or Q@I). A question is at issue when the audience is not in agreement about the answer, so the writer must offer a reasonable answer and support that answer with evidence.
How to respond to questions effectively Prepare for tough questions. Pause before responding. Monitor your body language. Reword the question. Take more time if you need to. Acknowledge the other persons emotions. Answer a portion of the question. Ask questions about the question.
To format questions and answers in APA format: Use the correct punctuation at the end -- a question mark if the prompt is a question; a period if it is a statement. Use double spacing and one inch margins. Separate the answer from the question by beginning the answer on a new line. Always answer in complete sentences.
Briefly put, questions are more important than answers because questions seek to understandto clarify and frame and evaluate while answers, at their best, are temporary responses whose relative quality can decay over time, needing to be reformed and remade and reevaluated as the world itself changes.
The Shading question provides a visual representation of functions and calculations, including fractions and ratios. Authors are able to format a set of cells, which are shaded by the student as their response. Figure 1: Shading question example.
The best way to structure an answer to include all of the components necessary for a strong argument is by using the SEA structure which is short for: statement, evidence, analysis.
