hello this is Steve geyser with another parts now tech tip Im back in the accounting office again were gonna be looking at a 4200 you know serious type of printer 4242 50 40 340 350 and were seeing a pretty simple little issue on the machine well when you first see you go oh my gosh what do we have going here maybe its a laser scanner means a high voltage power supply you know achieves the Crim toner cartridge didnt do anything well this ones pretty simple if you know what to do with it which is why were gonna talk about it here today symptoms that you come across on this machine here 40 to 50 and getting white pages out of this machine or some of the older machines 4240 300 you could get this basically good text page but its got this thick heavy gravy kind of background on it you may have seen it before and wondered what to do with this were gonna talk about what causes that and were gonna talk about how to fix it more importantly easy fix should be all about to do this out
