a short video to show you how to change the text field text outline and text outline weight of your word art first click on the word art as youll notice theres a dash box surrounding it click any one of the little boxes to make it solid if youll notice this brings up the drawing tools format contextual tab click on this next youll go to the word art Styles group and click the format text effects text box this you will click on the first one text field and outline in your instructions it tells you the text field that we need to change the color click on the color click more colors and it gives us numbers that we have to fill in for the red we can type these in the green should be 147 and the blue 148 click OK and youve now changed the text field the text outline we need to change it to dark blue hover until you see the dark blue understander colors we have now changed the text outline to dark blue the text outline weight should be one and a half points its still under text outline

Click Home tab. Move to Paragraph group. Find out the Border and Shading button, and click the down arrow next to it. Choose the Border and Shading option, or specify the different border style.
Add or remove a border for a shape or text box Select the shape or text box to which you want to add, change, or remove a border. Click Shape Format, and then click the arrow next to Shape Outline. Either click the color that you want, or mix your own color by clicking More Outline Colors.
On the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click Shape Effects, and select an option from the list. To add or change a built-in combination of effects, point to Preset, and then click the effect that you want. To add or change a shadow, point to Shadow, and then click the shadow that you want.
In the Borders and Shading dialog box, click Shading to select a color and patterns. The color you pick in the Fill list fills the rectangular area; the color you select from the Color menu is applied to the rectangular area in a pattern you select from the Style list.
Select your text or WordArt. Click Home Text Effects. Click the effect you want. For more choices, point to Outline, Shadow, Reflection, or Glow, and then click the effect you want.
