in Studio One you might have noticed these weird shades on Medi notes before what are these well this is actually a really cool feature because these Shades indicate the velocity of the medi notes so without even having to show the automation Lanes here you can always see the velocity on notes and you can actually change it directly also with option and command on a Mac or alt and control on windows by the way as Iamp;#39;m doing this notice how it says the exact velocity amount in this text box which I find very useful if I donamp;#39;t want these Shades then you can always just click here on Note color and then on Velocity bar just disable it and you get the classic monochrome standard Medi instead
