in this video Im going to teach you guys how to do this shining animation effect tip again I like a blank black video for my project so Im going to right click in my project pane and go to new item black video then Im going to drag out on to my timeline I also imported a Nintendo image and a coin sound effect so Im going to add those to my timeline as well alright now that we have our timeline set up lets head over to the effects panel search for our lighting effects and then drag it onto your image or text next lets head to effect controls click the square button under lighting effects to add a layer mask drag the edges so that it has diagonal lines on the side and straight lines on the bottom it should look like Aramis then increase the ambience intensity all the way to 100 you can also experiment with increasing the surface gloss and exposure but I didnt really notice much of an effect for my image now that we can see how the lighting will work we actually want the animation
