okay one of the main things I always encourage anyone whos starting out with pen and ink to learn how to do is to shade basic forms thats one of the most um important things you can start out with just learning how to define the volume of these you know basic shapes like spherical form a block form a cylindrical form the um the Prisma like form the cone or anything like that um basic geometric forms even in the same way like when youre um learning a draw or shade and pencil one of the most important things you can learn to do is to um draw basic shapes because in the same sense um the more complex things that youre going to be drawing are going to be based on um visualizing them in terms of simple forms like these anyway so um I would advise that you know you generally start out with learning how to convincingly portray the volume of these little basic forms um its very very very very important and very useful so in this tutorial Im just going to show you um just some basic type

Ink For nurses notes, black ink is recommended.
Black Ink: Black is somber, sophisticated, and formal. Use a black ink pen for serious signing and for handwritten notes that are intended to be thoughtfully considered and carefully kept.
Most medical hand-written documentation is done in black ink. It is thought to be the most easily copied and fade resistant.
There is no legal requirement to not use blue ink on medical records. However, some healthcare organizations may have policies in place that require or prefer black ink be used instead. This is because the color of the ink can affect the readability of photocopies and scans of medical records.
Black Pen: Black ink is typically used to document the majority of the patients medical record, including assessment findings, vital signs, and medication administration. It is preferred because it is easily read, and it does not smudge or fade over time.
The best color ink to use for medical records is typically black.
Ideally, all entries in the medical record should be made in black ink. This would make it simple to produce a photoreproduction and ensure that the subsequent copies would be legible.
In nursing, color-coded pens are often used for specific purposes. Red may be used to highlight critical information, blue for general notes, and black for standard documentation. This helps streamline communication and ensures important details are easily distinguishable in medical records.
