foreign and welcome back to the underground today I thought wed do something a little bit different and to talk about our new short form Intel reports which we are calling the wire and some of the things you might want to think about if youre trying to replicate our system and create something that is more helpful for you and your local area so right up front uh the wire Intel reports that were pushing out these are written mostly by me and its basically just a very short form Intel report now again this is nothing special this is nothing new its just something that were were trying out and experimenting a bit with so on the end user side of things what you guys are going to see is just a short report its just a couple of paragraphs here and there of daily events that might be interesting for you as well as some comments that I add in at the end as of right now the reports are going out on basically all of the platforms that we have up so youre going to see them being posted p

Select the word or paragraph that you want to apply shading to. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to Shading. Under Theme Colors, click the color that you want to use to shade your selection.
Remove a Header or Footer Once youve added a header or footer, you can easily remove it if you find that it isnt what you want. Click the Header or Footer button on the Insert tab. Select Remove Header or Remove Footer.
Headers and footers, where page numbers usually reside, are greyed out when the insertion point is in the main body of the document. This cannot be changed.
Double-click anywhere on the header or footer to unlock it. Place the insertion point where you want the date or time to appear. In our example, well place the insertion point on the line below the authors name.
Headers and footers are only visible in Print Layout view and Print Preview. To indicate when the headers and footers are not active, the information contained within them appears greyed out or faded.
When you are working in the header/footer, the document body is dimmed, and when the document layer is active, the header and footer are dimmed. This is meant to be a visual cue to the user.
Modify the Footer style (which is applied to text in the footer by default) as follows: Press Ctrl+Shift+S to display the Apply Styles pane. Type in Footer and click the Modify button. Change the text color and make any other changes that you want. Click OK when you are done.
