happy Monday as you can tell Im not in my actual house Im in a hotel Toronto Airport if you watch yesterdays video you know that I did a brunch wedding and that kind of inspired todays video actually it wasnt supposed to be about this but I feel that this is really important and its how to deal with bad and not great lighting situations so as you can see out here its pretty golden hour its pretty nice this is Toronto Airport lets see some some airplanes out there very very good favorable conditions my favorite time of the wedding day to shoot usually but unfortunately during a brunch wedding youre pretty much shooting from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. which is kind of all the bad lighting parts of the day so Im gonna ready through just like a quick little sample here so this obviously not the best lighting situation in the world if Im ever faced with this weather the Sun is like proper kind of off-center Golden Hour here or its like straight up in the air if I have direct sunlight

Photojournalistic Or Documentary Photography As we make our way into 2024, its become clear that documentary/photojournalistic photography is among the popular wedding photography trends. This photography style focuses on capturing moments as they happen candids and without any staged poses or setups.
Dark and moody images lend themselves to a more emotional vibe with deep shadows, higher contrast, and richer colors. Light and airy photos are more romantic, soft whimsical with lighter tones, blown out skies, and muted colors.
Soft Wedding Photos With Intentional Motion Blur as Poetic Art. Blurry wedding photography gives the vibes of classical art. Its like having your own personal Monet or Van Gogh made of your wedding day that you can frame in your home.
Aperture Priority Mode allows you to set a specific aperture for your photo. Your camera then selects a shutter speed for you to create a perfectly exposed image. For wedding couples portrait photography, youll need an aperture somewhere between f/1.4 and f/2.8.
I would suggest that you introduce yourself to the photographer, tell him you are interested in learning/watching him work and then take your cues from there. If it were me, Id be more than happy to let you in on some stuff and get some shots for yourself.
What is the Blurry Wedding Photo Trend? Blurry wedding photos is a colloquial way of referencing motion-blur images, which are trending in the wedding photography realm and capture their subjects as they move. Shots could be lightly blurred or heavily blurred, depending on the level of motion and desired effect.
You might have heard the blurry aesthetic called bokeh. This Japanese word refers to the way the camera lens moves out of focus to create a blurry look. Many people like to use the bokeh effect in the photo background to draw attention to the subject.
Moreover, motion blur isnt just about freezing action. Its about infusing a sense of movement and emotion into still images. Its that storytelling element that transports you back to the joy, laughter, and whirlwind of emotions felt on your wedding day.
