welcome to math with Mr Jay [Music] in this video Im going to cover how to find the area of the Shaded region and for our example we have a circle inside of a square so basically a circle hole inside of a larger Square we need to find the area of the Shaded region so the green we do this by finding the area of the outside square and then subtracting the area of the inside Circle so Im going to come to the side here and were going to start with the outside Square so I will put OS for outside square and this is going to be the complete area of that outside Square lets use the formula area equals a side length squared so for a square we can find the area by squaring a side length for the square these sides are all 12 meters so lets plug in 12 meters so area equals 12 squared 12 squared means 12 times 12. so 12 times 12 that gives us an area of 144 square meters thats the complete area of the outside Square now we need to subtract the area of the inside Circle we need to take out the

The most commonly used survey scale question is the Likert scale, named after its inventor Rensis Likert. The Likert scale asks the survey participants how much they agree or disagree on a statement. Typically, Likert scales use a 3-point or 5-point system, meaning there are three to five choices to pick from.
These 5 basic questionshow, why, who, when, and whatdont get as much attention as the more popular questions you include in your survey. But they should. Take a few minutes to answer these 5 questions before you start writing your survey.
A commonly used 5 point Likert scale example to measure satisfaction is: Very satisfied, Satisfied, Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, and Very dissatisfied. Over time, Likerts original 5-point scale has taken new forms.
In a 1 to 10 Rating Scale Survey, a numeric scale is provided where rating options lie from 1 to 10, among which the customers can choose a score to rate their experience. Here, ten represents the most positive experience, and one(or zero) illustrates the most negative experience.
The answer is recorded on a rating scale of either 1 3, 1 5 or 1 10. Market researchers usually prefer the five-point scale, the ratings being 1 for extremely or very dissatisfied and 5 for extremely or very satisfied. The respondents selection from the choices is the reported metric.
Demographic survey questions ask survey respondents for background information to help survey creators better understand their audience. Demographic questions often ask about respondents age, gender, race, ethnicity, income, employment status, level of education, marital status, and more.
2. 1 to 5 Likert Scale. 1 to 5 Likert scale measures respondents level of agreement/satisfaction or disagreement/dissatisfaction towards a statement or question. These rating scales offer five response options, typically ranging from Strongly Disagree/Very Dissatisfied (1) to Strongly Agree/Very Satisfied (5).
Answer and Explanation: The Ordinal scale of measurement would represent the satisfaction level of consumers. The ordinal scale is a scale of quantification that uses the help of labels to organize distinct classes into the ordered sets.
