so hello everyone and uh good afternoon uh welcome to the BMA law webinar on partnership agreements um just to introduce myself Im Daniel Jones and Im a paralal here at BMA law and uh my primary role at BMA law is to uh draft amend and advise on GP practice partnership agreements uh during my time here um thus far Ive been responsible for the production of over a hundred partnership agreements to date and uh Im here today to speak to you about the vital importance of this document and um the sort of consequences of not having one in place um so just a bit of background on BMA law itself uh its an independent Law Firm set up by the BMA to provide Legal Services predominantly for BMA members but not exclusively um um and the focus point of todays webinar and sort of my aim here is to give you all a general information regarding what you need to know about partnership agreements followed by a QA where hopefully I can answer all the questions you may have um please note I might not
