hello good afternoon um today were going to look at how to shade working periods in Microsoft Project you might ask why do we need to do that for users of Prima P6 you know that um its quite easy to add a curtain to to your gun chat to highlight um portions of your chat for different reason so to do that you just right click go to attachment curtain you add curtain you can see its shaded that period so you can add a text to it say I can call this um flashes lets see call it anything so it allows you to do that um what if we want to do something similar in Microsoft Project we know that Microsoft project allows shading of nonworking period but what about working period how do you shade that so they as always theres a work around um to do that first of all you need to create a calendar we go to project so if I create a new calendar um what okay Ill just call it um Europe summer so what I want to do is create a calendar for summer holiday for the August summer holiday in Europe wher
