you dont want to use the options to write all the link in and node and sub catchment data to the output file as it makes the output file really big its not necessary to use for the graphics so when you get this matchup message saying inside of infoswim from innovice writing link data it means that this particular button this last radio button here you have all the sub catchments turned on or all the links turned on or all the nodes turned on this all gets set written to an output rpt file and is not needed for the graphics so if you want to speed up your model and make your output a lot smaller you can just turn that off
