To insert an EPS file into a Word document without losing quality, we will have to convert the EPS file into an EMF file. Now, you could do that with the free software Inkscape in combination with the so called GhostScript but this will require you to copy files into program folders and update system variables and so on. Therefore, were just going to use an online conversion service for that tutorial. Here we upload the EPS file click on Covert and once it is converted, we download it to the computer. Then we open our Word file and simply drag the new EMF file in there. It might be the case now, that you have a large transparent space around the image.
