[Music] microsoft word is great for typing up and editing documents though things like fonts and formatting can get messed up when a document is opened on a different computer if you need a document to stay exactly as you see it heres how to save it as an image file [Music] to do this straight from microsoft word open the dock you need to convert and select everything by holding down your control key then tapping a right-click your selection and select copy once thats done open a new word document then click on the arrow icon under paste at the top left click on paste special to bring up your paste options from here select picture enhanced metafile and click ok your copied text will then be pasted into your new document as a photo to save it as a photo give it a right click and select save picture a finder or file explorer window will then pop up navigate to where you want your picture to save to name your file then choose what you want to save it as to save it as a png file select
