To edit a bill, you must have Manage bill/document permissions. Add or edit details about a bill, a description of the bill, payment terms, and approvers any time before the bill being paid. Once the bill is paid in full, the vendor name and bill amount will no longer be available to edit.
You cannot edit your own role within an account. To edit your role, another administrator or user with a custom role that includes manage users permissions will need to make the change. If you are a Console Admin needing to edit your role in a client account, you can update your role from within the Console.

Select Settings. Select Company Information under Company Profile. Select the Edit icon. Under Primary Contact Address And Phone, check Use different address and phone. Enter the mailing address. Note: Select the Edit button under Display Name to update your company name, then select Save to return to the edit company profile page.
Select Settings. Select Company Information under Company Profile. Select the edit icon. From here you can update the company name (which is the payee on the check) as well as the address.
