Hello and welcome to this Ivanti video about whitelisting URLs using Application Control. The URL Redirection feature was updated for the 10.1 FR3 release. In addition to redirecting URLs they can now be actively allowed. The combination of these two options gives you total control of the websites your users access. This video is in two parts - the first part explains how to create a URL whitelist and the second part shows you how you can use Application Control Rules Analyzer to discover the URL of inline frames, so you can also add those to your whitelist. Open the Application Control console and select the Browser Control node for a group. Click Add URL from the Browser Control ribbon. To prevent users accessing all web sites use the asterix wild-card, or HTTP http* in the URL field and set the action to Redirect.
