hey there Nicole here with Insurance Brokers of Arizona in todays video Ill be discussing what exactly is included in a Certificate of Insurance or otherwise known as a COI keep watching [Music] a COI basically verifies the existence of an insurance policy or policies and summarizes the key aspects and conditions of said policies a standard COI includes the policyholders name address policy numbers effective dates type of policy coverage and policy coverage limits heres a sample COI heres the COI like I was mentioning before this is where your company information will go your name your address the rest of the COI will include the insurance carriers that you are currently insured with if theyre different ones for your auto say and then also for your general liability down here is where your agents going to fill all of the information out and mark off the applicable boxes and include your policy number the effective dates and then over on the right hand side are your policy limit
