Hello and thank you for joining this quick getting started video. In this video, we are going to learn two different ways to create an email template in Lightning Experience. Please keep in mind that in order to follow these steps, youll need system administrator permissions. If youre interested in creating email templates in your organization, but dont have those permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance. So the first way to create a template is by composing an email. So were going to go to our Contacts, click on a contact here, and then Email, and just start composing. So were going to get the subject, were going to tell our customer thank you. Going to add a merge field here. Now, you can scroll or you can also just filter. Were going to grab the First Name.
