hello and welcome to another edition of coffee talk with attorney Brian D Lerner in this particular episode Id like to talk about what is a codasil um you know if youve ever drafted a world everything is hunky day and perfect uh you know once you get it executed but then years past things change theres more kids theres more grandkids uh perhaps somebody is deceased theres more property certain property listed was sold no certain property wasnt put in there there were some ambiguities theres all kinds of things that occur or happen once the uh years pass and because of that they rather than you know drafting a whole nother well and starting from square one and incorporating you know 90 of what is accurate and just changing ten percent uh or uh you know drafting a whole other world because maybe the first world wasnt properly executed you can do whats called a cotta cell and a cuticle is a legal document just like a will except what it does is it supplements amends qualifies or
