hi there this is Rachel at Texton church I want to show you a little bit about our automated workflows and what steps you have within them if you hit add new here at the top you can create from template we have several available you can see the use so if you dont want to start from scratch you can always go and look through our templates or you can create from scratch when you first go into automated workflow its going to ask you how you want to trigger this is it going to trigger based on when someone joins a group based on a calendar date so you can send before on or after that calendar date or based on a date in the persons record so a person date trigger for example like a birthday or anniversary so you would choose which one of those you want it to be and what group its going to be a part of and you can choose whatever group youd like then its going to come in here and you can start adding steps you can also change the title here at the top with the edit icon and make that b
