This video tutorial discusses common notation used to talk about sets. A set is defined as a collection of things, typically numbers. The video uses an asterisk as a placeholder for simplicity, although logicians may disagree with this approach. Sets are denoted with a name (e.g. a) and listed within curly braces, with elements separated by commas. Common symbols are used to describe operations on sets.

Rich Text Format allows you to add formatting to your email with font sizes, styles, and colors. It also maintains your formatting when you exchange emails with others.
Find a desired location to save the file. From within the Save As Window, find the Save File Type field. Select the drop-down arrow, and change the file from Rich Text Format (rtf) to Word Document (doc). Select Save.
RTF stands for Rich Text Format and is a universal document file format and is easily read by many of the word-processing packages. It is particularly useful to those using a different word-processing package from those used on campus.
Change a field to rich text Open the table that contains the field in Design View. In the table design grid, click the Long Text field that you want to change to rich text. Under Field Properties, click the General tab. Click the Text Format box and select Rich Text. Save your changes.
Go to the menu bar and choose File Page Setup. Click on Paper Size and change US Letter (or whatever the current page size is) to Manage Custom Sizes. The next time I opened a new rich text document the new margins were still there.
Unicode RTF. Word 97 is a partially Unicode-enabled application. Text is handled using the 16-bit Unicode character encoding scheme. Expressing this text in RTF requires a new mechanism, because until this release (version 1.5), RTF has only handled 7-bit characters directly and 8-bit characters encoded as hexadecimal.
Click the Format menu, then click Page. On the Page tab, in the Margins section, enter the desired margin lengths, or use the arrow buttons beside each margin to increase or decrease the margins.
All browsers use Unicode internally, and convert all other encodings to Unicode for processing. As do all search engines. All modern operating systems also use Unicode internally.
The famous RSA public key algorithm and SHA-l(Secure Hash Algorithm) hash function are used to generate the digital signature of a text file.
RTF files contain both configuration information and the actual text of the document. The formatting includes bold, italics, font size, and margin settings. This means that when you open an RTF file in a word processing program, the text will retain its original design.
